Wild Game Cooking Class
Game On! Laurentia Chef Patrick Dunn has prepared a series of recipes which incorporate five classes of wild game. The ingredient list is short and the steps are simple with the goal that guests are able to enjoy more time at the table and less time in the kitchen.
Participants will explore how to choose, prepare and cook these categories of wild game. Each tasting is paired with a featured glass of Laurentia wine to ignite flavor and fun. In addition, guests will go home with a printed packet of recipes and suggestions on where to purchase game meats.
